Hi, I’m Nora Flores—the heart behind Wildflower Coffee & Tea. I’m a mom, a wife, and someone who has always had a thing for coffee and tea. My husband and I, along with our daughters, a sweet dog, and a cat with main character energy love being Sparta residents. We’ve called Sparta home since early 2021—our neighborhood is full of kindness and porch waves, and through volunteering with MomCo, I’ve been blessed to be a part of a circle of moms who truly show up.

I’ve worked across the food world and am currently at a major coffee shop, but now I’m building something of my own—fast, high-quality coffee and teas that bring drive-thru convenience without losing the heart of a local café. Behind the scenes, I’ve been digging into spreadsheets, recipe testing, and I took a small business workshop to grow this dream with intention. Wildflower Coffee & Tea is rooted in community—and it's just beginning to bloom.
